Booking rules

The cost per booking is R 12.
Cancelling a booking within an hour of making it: your account is credited with R 12.
Cancelling a booking after the one hour grace period but more than 24 hours before the booked slot: your account is credited with R 8.
Cancelling a booking within 24 hours of the booked slot: no refund.
The penalty for a "no show" is R50.00. A "no show" is when you or your partner arrive more than 5 minutes after the starting time of the booked slot.
Bookings can only be made 7 days in advance.
Only one slot per member can be booked in each peak period per day. Peak periods are Monday to Thursday, for slots starting 16:30 to 18:45.
Outside peak periods you can book as many slots as you like.
Your booking account needs to be in credit in order to book.
A PC is available at the club for viewing and making court bookings.
If you forget your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in page.

Booking procedure

Each member has a username (your account number) and a password.
Go to www.kentronsquash.co.za and sign in.
Open Bookings in the menu.
Choose the date you want to book on the calendar.
Click on the time slot, wait a few seconds and your name will appear in the booked slot.
You can cancel a booking at any time by clicking on the slot you booked (see the cancellation rules above).
Your upcoming bookings are shown on the home page after signing in.
Your booking account and payments are under Account.
Other members' contact details are under Member List.
You can change your personal details and password under Profile (click your name at the top right). Please check that your details are correct.

Topping up your booking account

Sign in and use the deposit button on the home page, or pay by EFT to Kentron Muurbal Klub, ABSA Centurion (632005), account 289-0146-964, using your account number as the reference. Send proof of payment to kentronsquash@gmail.com.
